A few days after launching the alpha version, Opera has announced the launch of beta version of Opera 10.60, the latest offering for the segment of the PC browser. Claimed as a version of Opera browser that is faster than Opera, 10.60 Opera browser comes with a lot of new features and improvements. Opera adds that the browser is 50% faster than previous versions, such as the Peacekeeper where Opera 10.60 beta increase the performance of more than 50 percent. The browser is also claimed to be faster than all other browsers out there.
New features in this beta release of Opera 10.60 menu includes an update of the Opera which become more obvious and easier to use, tab previews have been improved and now uses smooth animation. Speed Dial has been optimized for widescreen monitors. The browser also supports geo-location, HTML5 (both now support) and Web encoder-decoder. Appcache features from HTML5 allows users to use some web application when offline.
